Description:
used DANATECH Engineering Lid Stacking, Counting and auto filling into Cartons. Unit can be directly linked to the Lid Printer Spin Rod Stacker. AGE 1995 Infeed guides feed Lids directly from the Lid Printer Spin Rod Stacker, Lids are neatly stacked and counted, the counted Lids are removed by the Robot arm and filled neatly in rows into the Carton. Cartons with or without a Bag inner are fed into the Carton Feeder, bags are smoothed out by the Air Blowing head and Counted Lids filled into the Carton by the Robot Arm. Full PLC control.
