Information: Complete Bridge Extruder. Screw 6 inch Universal connected via co-extrusion block to a Dolci co-extruder, 603162T. Used for: ABS = Outputs 700kg/hr. Styrene = Outputs 650kg/hr. Recently ran PP grades of homopolymer and copolymers. 500kg/hr Motor is 224KW, approx. 168HP Barrel water cooled. Barrel length from feed section to 4.7m Barrel 30:1 LD Barrel diameter is approx. 255mm Barrel is Vented. 1000mm wide standard coat-hanger die with changeable die lip. Die Range: The die range for ABS /HIPS is from 200micron to 1900. There is also another bottom changeable lip that will allow for thicker sheet up 3000. PP was run mainly from 700micron to 2200. 3 x 500 mm calender rolls water cooled. Extractor canopy fan. Water bath. Squeegee rollers.
