Technology line for production of cold strips of maximum 500mm width and 0,2 -4,0 mm thickness is consist of the followings: Mechanical descaling equipment – picklingline - Quartó rolling machine - Riposche annealing furnances (e lectric heating) - Demag (quartó) sizing rolling machine - Sundwig rolling machine with 20 roller - Sundwig ripping shears a nd packing line Sundwig Quartó rolling machine Sundwig ripping shears An EBNER type annealing and spray-painting furnance is inserted into the technology line for production of electric strips. Technology equipments of longitudinal welded tubes: We are able to produce longitudinal welded tubes and several kind of profiles in diameter range Ø 10- Ø 48 mm in width of min. 0 ,8 mm - max. 2,5 mm. Technology line is consist of the followings: - DMS type tube producing l ine - MM type tube producing line - cutting ma chines in several types - Trimming equipments - Annealing – normalizing furnance with protective gas - different kind of straightening machines of rollers type Tube manufacturing line furnance with protective gas 3.) cold rolled flat steel producing line From hot rolled round steel we produce flat steel in width 8-25 mm and with 1,5-6 mm thickness by computer operated rolling machine of three cradles. 4 - Mechanical descaling machine - MINO rolling line with three cradles - Oscillating roll-up MINO rolling line rolled up flat steel 4.) Wire producing and manufacturing line: We produce annealed wire of Ø 0,25 – Ø 12 mm. From important part of wires produced by this technology we produce nails and cut products. Technology lines are consist of the following machines: - mechanical descaling e quipment - breaking and brushing desca ling equipment - different kind of draw ing machines - straightening – cutting machines Wire drawing machine of 12 drums nail producing machines - wire annealing carrousel furnance with protective gas - nail-drifting machines - nail cleaning and packing lines 5 5.)
